Do I have to provide my own cooler and ice packs?

This is the best part about picnics2go, you do not need to provide your own cooler bags and ice packs, as your picnic will be delivered to you in your own cooler bag with ice packs included.

Can I keep the cooler bag and ice packs?

Of course, they are yours to keep!

Why aren't you open during the week?

At this time, we are focusing on the weekends as these are our busiest times, however we do have some extended weekends during holidays, and hope to open up during the weekdays in the future.

Can I order a picnic for 1?

 At this time we are unable to accommodate a picnic for 1.

Are the GO train stations the only place I can pick up?

We offer free delivery of your picnic to the GO train stations listed as it resides along the 401 corridor, and should be most convenient for anyone.  If you wish to set a different delivery location please contact us.  Please note a delivery fee of $45.00 will be applicable. 

Do you offer home delivery?

We do not offer home delivery in order to keep costs down.  If you wish to set a different delivery location please contact us.  Please note a delivery fee of $45.00 will be applicable.

Are you a peanut free facility?

At this time we are NOT a peanut-free facility.

Can I make any special requests?

Please feel free to reach out to us with your special requests.  We will do our best to accommodate as much as possible.

How would I order a picnic for 3 people?

Simply order your picnic for 2, then once completed and added to your cart, return to the order menu and place an order for +1.

Can I place an order just for the desserts?

Yes you can, although please note we have a minimum order amount of $50.00.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations, with a $20.00 cancellation fee.  Alternatively, we can keep a credit on file for you so that you may enjoy your picnic on another day.
